Information for returning double degree students

If you are undertaking a double degree course you must use WES  to enrol in units for both degrees during the open period of the owning faculty for the course.

 Enrolment load

Enrolment load is measured in EFTSL (Equivalent Full Time Student Load). A full time student will normally be enrolled in 1 EFTSL (48 credit points). An EFTSL of less than .75 (36 credit points) is defined as a part-time study load.

Overloading of credit points

All students must apply if they wish to overload their enrolment.  The overload form must be filled out and  permission from their Course Co-ordinator is recommended.

Under enrolment of credit points

All students must get permission from their Course Co-ordinator if they wish to underload their enrolment.  Student and Administrative Services requires written permission.  If you are an international student you must apply with the underload form  and under enrolment may affect your visa.
