Taking an open-minded approach to his career, Ilya has worked on various creative projects, with professional experiences ranging from consulting as freelance designer to contributing creative input as a part of both large and small design teams. Outside of the studio, Ilya spends most of his time either on or around bicycles, and is an enthusiastic supporter of Australia’s ever growing bicycle culture. Most recently, Ilya was selected for a PhD research position with the Department of Design at Monash University. His work will look into the future of sustainable public transport and the potentials for design.
