Design

The Vestige is a memory jogging device which consists of three components: A Central Hub, an RFID Tag Printer and a wearable Watch Device. The product reminds users of devices they haven't turned off via Radio Frequency Identification tags before they leave the house. Users are able to program and print these tags onto common household appliances. These tags pick up the electrical charge of an appliance and sends a signal to the watch, notifying the user that they have left an appliance on. The user can then proceed to turn off appliances before leaving the house, ensuring peace of mind.
