Wicked Chocolate
2016

Wicked Chocolate is a concept for a chocolate brand that is inspired by fairytales. Each flavor of chocolate is inspired by a fairytale and a key scene from the fairytale is illustrated on each chocolate bar. These illustrations are done in the paper cut style that has its roots in folk art. They are meant to evoke the dark, sweet, mysterious and alluring appeal of both chocolate and fairytales.

For Beauty & the Beast inspired chocolate, the colors of roses and pomegranates gave the illustration its color of dark red and burnt orange. Likewise, the vibrant colors of raspberries gave the Red Riding Hood illustration its color.
